T-Square Table Saw Fence

This precision fence is based on the T-Square concept .

The rails provided allow cutting at 50 inches from the blade and thus the name

PRECISION 50.

Precision 50 Features

  • Mounts on any table saw
  • Locks on front rail only by means of a positive knob
  • Joint between head and blade of T-square is bolted and pinned together
  • Fence is adjustable to be parallel to saw blade by screws in ends of head
  • Self adhesive tape measure on front rail
  • Adjustable cursor allows the fence to be zeroed easily
  • Repeatable to 1/64"
  • Package includes fence, front and rear rails, tape measure and hardware
  • Capacity:  The capacity is 50" rip to the right of the blade and zero to the left.  Alternately there can be a rip to the left and its dimension will reduce the rip to the right. For many shops we consider that a good combination is 17" left and 33" right (total 50") because this allows cross cutting upper cabinet doors from sheet goods with the factory end of the sheet against the fence.

The head is 14" long and the length of the fence is 36" overall. Adjusting points are close to the ends of the head . Click on picture to enlarge. Close up of the head showing the 1.5" x 3" x 1/8" wall tubing that forms the "blade" of the T-Square with the 3" wide 5/8" thick plastic faced  sides.
